I read the article on the silent discussions on how consumers are shifting from French wine consumption to craft beers or even non-alcoholic beverages, the cultural insights were fascinating and nuance. As a person who works in French food industry, it did not occur to me that these values are not being inherited anymore since a few generations ago and Gen Z is creating their own way of feeling and thinking borrowed from mainstream media, Instagram, Facebook, and even Reddit the sources of the surveyed you ran. Please publish more articles like that on Linkedin, because I might not visit your site regularly. Thanks.
¿Podrías hacer una o dos encuestas sobre los cambios en la cultura del aperitivo en España? Como español de mediana edad, me preocupa cómo está cambiando la cultura en cuanto a lo que la gente come y cómo lo hace, y creo que cada vez nos importa menos, hasta el punto de que acabará convirtiéndose en un problema cultural y social de gran envergadura.
Je ne fais pas partie de la Génération Z et je ne suis même pas assez jeune pour participer à survey que vous avez publiée, mais je suis une Française fière à 100 % qui pense qu’il faut changer certaines choses dans la culture du vin et dans la façon dont les gens s’en vantent. Beaucoup de personnes originaires de Bordeaux ou de Bourgogne sont tellement fières de leur héritage que leur façon de parler et de déguster le vin trahit leurs manières bourgeoises, et je n’aime pas ça.
