& Social Listening

We read real online conversations to understand not just what consumers say,
but why they say it and what it means for your brand.

- The Problem -

Most research tells you what people are saying.

The useful part is understanding why.

- The Difference-

AI can process the conversation,

It can't replace the interpretation

We use AI throughout the research process to process volume, surface patterns and move quickly.

But recognizing a cultural signal, understanding what it means in context, and deciding whether it matters still requires human interpretation.

You're not paying for someone who used AI.

You're paying for someone who used it and still had something worth saying that the tool alone wouldn't have produced.

Still wondering how this works?

What do you actually do?

We read what people really say online, in real conversations, not surveys, and figure out why they're doing what they're doing. Then we turn that into clear advice a business can actually use.

A survey only hears from people who agreed to answer questions. A dashboard mostly counts likes and shares. We go further, we read the actual conversation happening in comment sections, forums, and threads, including from people who never fill out a survey at all.

Mostly marketing and insight teams at food and beverage brands. We also work behind the scenes for other research and marketing agencies who need an extra pair of expert hands on a specific project.

Wherever people are talking honestly, comment sections, forums, and online communities, often places like Reddit or YouTube, where people write in more depth and with less of a filter than on a typical social post.

Because a lot of real opinion never shows up where brands usually look. Some of the most useful thinking is happening quietly, from people who don't post much but think a lot. We find that.

A clear, short report. Not just "here's what people said," but "here's why, and here's what to do next." Every finding comes with a specific, usable recommendation.

Our standard first project takes five business days from start to finish.

No. We can work entirely from public conversation. If you do have your own customer data or past research, we're happy to use it too, it just isn't required.

Either. Many clients start with one focused project to see if it's useful, then continue with us on a bigger question or an ongoing basis.

Send us the question you're sitting with, even if it's not fully formed yet. We'll tell you within a day whether we can help, and what it would look like.
